Kent Island Elementary School is located in a rural setting in Queen Anne's County. The school opened in September 1956. It served as an elementary school for students in grades one through six. It was the first school to service all students of elementary age on the island in one facility. In September 1966, the facility housed grades one through four with the opening of Stevensville Middle School and Queen Anne's County High School. Read More >> |
